Principal’s Message
2024 - 2025 School Year
Welcome South Valley Students and Families,
I want to welcome both new and returning families to our school community! This year’s theme is “You Matter”, and we are committed to ensuring that every student, parent, and staff member feels valued and included. Together we can achieve great things!
We understand the importance of communication and will be sending a newsletter home monthly with school-wide calendar events, highlights from the month, and valuable resources for parents. This newsletter will come through Parent Square unless you request a hard copy. Individual classroom events and updates will be communicated directly by your student’s teachers. We also encourage you to reach out to me, our Assistant Principal (Jessica Wilson), or teacher anytime you have questions or concerns. Your feedback and involvement are greatly appreciated.
Our staff supports our students to increase their independence, self-esteem, and social skills - just to name a few. A majority of our learning takes place in the community and we are grateful for the wonderful business partnerships we have throughout Jordan School District and the greater Salt Lake Valley.
