VR
VR assists individuals with disabilities to prepare for and obtain employment to increase independence. Depending on the individuals "Individual Plan for Employment" or IPE services may include:
- Counseling and guidance
- Medical services and treatment
- Assistive technology
- Training and education
- Job placement (you may choose a provider company that does this)
- Follow-up services
- Other services while looking for work may include: bus passes, clothing vouchers, equipment, tools, licenses and fees
Eligibility:
- Have a disability
- The disability causes difficulty in obtaining or maintaining a job
- Requires VR training or services to obtain or maintain a job
